What the view is not showing you

The renderer is a projection of protocol state. When there is no state, there is nothing to project, and the city stays quiet rather than borrowing motion it has not earned.

No one
No residents, customers, queues, or crowds. No identity has been issued. Movement you see is weather and light, never a person or an agent.
No trade
No settled value. Live payment activation is disabled by specification; the ledger runs on test rails only.
No height
Building height is a labeled design choice. It does not encode wealth, popularity, or scale, and it cannot be purchased.
No food
The stand on Market Street is a labeled simulation. It cannot take a physical order until a merchant, inventory, region, and fulfillment are verified.
