Connect your accounts

Everything in Marketing runs on your own accounts. Open the app, click Connectors in the sidebar (top, under Dashboard) — every login lives on that one screen. Follow the section for each service you want to turn on.

Your data stays yours. The app ships empty and stores your keys and passwords locally on your Mac (macOS Keychain + on-device settings). Nothing you enter here is sent to or stored on our servers.

Account & sign-in Built in

Email, guest, and Sign in with Apple work out of the box — no setup needed. Your account and settings live only on this Mac.

Google sign-in You log in

  1. Go to console.cloud.google.com → APIs & Services → Credentials.
  2. Create credentials → OAuth client ID → Application type: Desktop app. (A Web client ID will not work.)
  3. Copy the client ID (ends in .apps.googleusercontent.com) and paste it into Connectors → Google sign-in, then Save client ID.
  4. On the sign-in screen, click Sign in with Google and complete the Google login in the window that opens.

The client ID only enables the button; you complete the actual Google login yourself. No client secret is required.

Lead Database Paste key

  1. Get your subscription key from your Black Label account.
  2. Paste it into Connectors → Lead Database → Subscription key and click Save key.
  3. The status chip turns to Connected and full listed contacts unlock (without a key you see a masked preview).

Mailboxes — sending & replies Paste key

Connect one or more of your own sending mailboxes. Outreach, sequences, spotlights, and newsletters all send from these.

  1. In Connectors → Mailboxes, click Add mailbox.
  2. Enter: From name, From email, SMTP host, port (usually 465), username (your email), and your mailbox app password (not your login password — generate one in your mail provider).
  3. Click Test connection. Success shows “Connected and signed in to …”. If it fails, the app shows the exact reason (wrong app password, host, or port).
  4. To detect replies, enable Inbox (IMAP) on the same mailbox: IMAP host, port 993, same username/app password → Test connection.

Common hosts: Gmail smtp.gmail.com / imap.gmail.com · privateemail smtp.privateemail.com / imap.privateemail.com. Gmail requires an App Password with 2-factor enabled.

Social accounts You log in

Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube connect through their own official sign-in — you authorize with your real account, and the token is stored only on your Mac.

  1. In Connectors → Social accounts, click Connect next to a network.
  2. Its official login page opens — sign in and approve access.
  3. The chip turns Connected. Repeat per network.

TikTok posting is handled through the phone relay (there is no desktop sign-in), so it appears separately.

Newsletters — automated via Cloudflare One-time deploy

Newsletters send automatically on the cadence you set, through your own Cloudflare Email Worker (not a third-party service).

  1. Deploy the included worker once: in cloudflare/newsletter-worker, run wrangler deploy, enable email sending, and set your secret with wrangler secret put (see that folder's README).
  2. In Connectors → Newsletters, paste your worker endpoint, the From address, and the shared secret → Save.
  3. Turn on Auto-send. Due newsletters now fire automatically; Send now sends immediately.

CRM · Phone · Enrichment · Analytics Optional

These are bring-your-own-key connectors. Add a provider key where you have one:

  1. CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot / Pipedrive) — paste your API token to sync leads.
  2. Phone (Twilio / Telnyx) — add Account SID, Auth Token, and a from-number to enable click-to-call.
  3. Enrichment (Hunter / Apollo / Clearbit) — paste an API key for bulk email/phone enrichment.
  4. Analytics (GA4 / Google Ads / Meta Ads) — add your account IDs to label your configured sources.

Each shows a clear status: Connected, Off, or “not yet available.” Leaving one empty simply keeps that feature off — nothing breaks.
