Review generated marketing copy
Catch unsupported claims and mismatched destinations before publishing.
Review a draft in two passes. First establish whether every statement is true; then decide whether it is clear and persuasive. Editing the tone before checking the facts can leave a very polished version of a claim the business cannot support.
Work through it
- Highlight quantities, dates, guarantees, comparisons and customer quotes. Trace each to a current source or remove it.
- Check who is speaking, who the audience is, and what the call to action promises. Confirm that the landing page delivers the same offer.
- Read the draft at its actual display size. Test links and form completion, and confirm that any important condition is visible before the customer commits.
Check your result
- Every factual claim has a source.
- The landing page matches the message.
- Someone has reviewed the exact final text.
