BLACK LABEL BOTS

Accessibility

Built for access, tested for barriers.

Black Label Bots targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across its public storefront and core buyer paths. That is an engineering target, not a third-party certification.

What we design and test

Public pages and supported web workflows are designed for semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard operation, visible focus, labeled controls, meaningful alternative text, readable contrast, zoom and responsive reflow, reduced motion, status announcements, and information that does not rely on color alone. Automated checks are paired with keyboard, reflow, and task-path review because a clean scanner result does not prove conformance.

Scope and product boundaries

This statement covers blacklabelbots.com, its public account and purchase preparation paths, and the on-site support assistant. Installed macOS apps, generated customer content, imported files, third-party provider screens, Stripe checkout, Discord, connected MCP servers, and linked websites can have separate accessibility characteristics. Product-specific statements supplement this page where published.

Known limitations

Some older Academy articles, demos, and account workflows are still being brought into the current component system. Dense data tables, charts, code, third-party embeds, and generated artifacts may require an alternate presentation. We prioritize a usable alternative while the underlying barrier is repaired.

Request an accommodation or report a barrier

Email info@blacklabelbots.com. Include the page or workflow, what blocked you, the browser or assistive technology if useful, and the format or accommodation you need. Do not include passwords, licence keys, health details, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

For a purchase, account, or support task that is blocked, ask for an alternate path in the same message. We will prioritize access to the task and verify the repair.
