Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and Black Label Trading LLC, operating Black Label Bots within the BlackLabel Tech network. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Product checkout disclosures and a more specific product supplement control where they address the same subject in greater detail.

1. Software License

Black Label Bots products are proprietary software. Trading modules, signals, and operator software are provided as-is. The Sovereign Builder License governs $500 Sovereign purchases (white-label deployment and client resale rights). We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding performance, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your own trading decisions and capital deployment
  • Maintaining and securing your own trading accounts
  • Understanding the risks of futures trading
  • Monitoring your account and positions
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Black Label Bots does not control your accounts, authorize your trades, or manage your capital. You maintain full control and responsibility.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the software for any illegal activity
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
  • Sublicense or redistribute Sovereign source code without a Builder license (see Sovereign Builder License)
  • Use the software on behalf of others without written consent
  • Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the software's operation

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Label Bots and its creators shall not be liable for:

  • Any trading losses, however caused
  • Lost profits or lost opportunity
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Software malfunctions, bugs, or errors
  • Delayed or unavailable market data, third-party platform issues, or decisions made from a signal

5. Trading Signals and AI Output

Black Label Trading is signals-only: it does not connect to a brokerage to place trades, manage an account, or establish a live trading track record. Signals, backtests, generated text, code, plans, estimates, and other AI-assisted output are informational and may be incomplete or wrong. Review and independently test output before deployment, purchase, trading, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other consequential action. No performance or outcome is guaranteed.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed under the terms shown at their own checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account; billing stops at the end of the current period and is not prorated.

7-day money-back guarantee (one-time purchases). One-time licenses and reports (for example Sovereign, the Website Build, and the Backtest Report) include a 7-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it.

Digital delivery. Software licenses, applications, reports, and website deliverables are provided electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; it stops renewing at the end of the current billing period. Beyond the windows above, if you report a problem that prevents you from using the product and we are unable to resolve it within 30 days of your report, you may request a full refund. Apart from that, sales are final. To request a refund or cancel, email info@blacklabelbots.com or manage your plan from your account.

7. Customer Content and Regulated Data

You retain rights in content you supply and grant us the limited rights needed to process, transmit, store, and return it through the feature you choose. You represent that you have authority to use the accounts, systems, code, files, contacts, property records, audio, images, and instructions involved. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, or unnecessary personal records through a general prompt or support form. General hosted services are not offered for HIPAA-regulated business-associate work without a separately reviewed deployment and any required written agreement.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after modifications constitute your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

Privacy and Product Supplements

The controlling data notice is the separate Privacy Policy. Vigil, Operator, BL Sign, Continuum, Real Estate, and other hosted or sensitive-data products may publish a more specific supplement. Product-specific language controls for that product where it is more detailed.
